Privacy Policy

Riffomatic 3000 is run by [legal name] (“we”). We collect as little as we can. If you use Riffomatic without buying Pro, we don’t collect anything about you.

Using Riffomatic

Buying Pro

Pro is sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email address, payment details and billing country to take payment, prevent fraud and handle tax. Paddle’s privacy policy covers that. We never see your card details.

Paddle tells us:

We keep these for as long as your licence exists, so we can resend your key, and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires ([5–7] years). We don’t sell them, use them for marketing without asking you, or share them except as the law requires. Our servers are run by DigitalOcean, and our email provider is [email provider].

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [contact email]. If we delete it, we can’t resend your licence key. Depending on where you live (for example, under the Australian Privacy Principles or the EU or UK GDPR), you may have more rights, and you can complain to your privacy regulator. For buyers in the EU and UK, our legal basis for using your purchase information is that we need it to deliver what you bought, and to meet legal obligations.

Children

Riffomatic is fine for all ages to use. You must be old enough to make a purchase where you live, or have a parent buy Pro for you.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we’ll update this page and the date above first.
